Design Decision

“The deep navy palette with teal serif typography was chosen deliberately — clinical enough to convey professional authority, warm enough to feel approachable to someone booking their first therapy session. The split hero with Nomsa’s photo immediately answers the question every first-time therapy seeker asks: ‘Who will I actually be talking to?’”

The Brief

Neo-Psych Services needed a website that balanced clinical credibility with genuine human warmth — one that would convert anxious first-time therapy seekers into booked clients. It had to communicate HPCSA registration and medical aid acceptance prominently, work across South Africa via online sessions, and remove every barrier between a visitor and their first appointment.

The Solution

We designed a premium clinical website in deep navy with teal and cyan accent typography — a system sophisticated enough to convey authority, human enough to feel safe.

The centrepiece is a 5-step confidential intake system — a structured, POPIA-compliant form that guides new clients through:

  1. Service selection
  2. Personal details
  3. Client information
  4. Clinical background
  5. Consent

This removes the awkward first-contact barrier and gives the practice a professional automated onboarding flow from day one. The dual CTAs (“Book a Session” and “Start Intake”) serve two different client readiness states simultaneously.
