Our hosting plans use Domains.co.za infrastructure in Johannesburg. Local hosting may support a customer's data-residency requirements, but application services, analytics, email, backups and other processors must be assessed separately.

South African hosting does not by itself make a website or business POPIA compliant. Compliance depends on the full processing activity, safeguards, contracts and customer controls. Ingwe can discuss hosting location and implemented controls for a specific service scope.

Free site migration is listed for Business and Pro plans. Starter migrations can be scoped separately. Timing depends on the existing site, access, data and DNS requirements and is confirmed before work starts.

We target 99.9% uptime. Hosting is provided on a best-efforts basis and the target is not a guarantee; see our Terms for the current scope and limitations.

cPanel is the industry-standard hosting control panel — it lets you manage your websites, email accounts, databases, and files through a browser interface. You don't need to be technical to use it. We provide onboarding guidance for every new client, and our support team can handle any cPanel tasks on your behalf.
